Key Responsibilities:

• Warmly greet and efficiently check in patients, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
• Manage incoming calls and skillfully schedule appointments, optimizing the daily operational flow.
• Accurately verify insurance benefits and meticulously manage patient records, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
• Proactively assist with a variety of daily office operations to maintain a smooth and efficient practice.
• Educate patients on and facilitate financing solutions, including Cherry, Sunbit, and CareCredit, to support accessible dental care.
• Demonstrated proficiency with OpenDental software for seamless patient management and scheduling.

Qualifications and Requirements:
Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is essential to effectively communicate with our diverse patient base.
Mandatory prior experience in a dental or medical office environment.
Exceptional communication (verbal and written) and strong computer proficiency.
A friendly, empathetic, and highly collaborative team-oriented attitude.

Schedule: This role offers both full-time and part-time opportunities, with a consistent Monday-Friday schedule.
Compensation: Competitive compensation package commensurate with experience and qualifications.
