The Opportunity: Server / Wait Staff

Are you a customer service enthusiast with a passion for food and a knack for creating memorable experiences? Bite Food & Coffee Co. is seeking energetic and dedicated Servers / Wait Staff to join our dynamic team. This role offers the chance to be a key player in our front-of-house operations, ensuring every guest receives attentive service in a fun and engaging environment. We have both full-time and flexible part-time positions available for individuals eager to contribute to our success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Warmly greet and efficiently seat customers upon arrival, setting a positive tone for their visit.
• Accurately take and process food and beverage orders for both dine-in and to-go guests using our Toast POS system.
• Build positive customer relationships and foster loyalty through attentive service and a consistently positive attitude.
• Strictly adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Demonstrate consistent punctuality and maintain regular, reliable attendance for all scheduled shifts.
• Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of our menu items to confidently answer guest questions and offer recommendations.

Who We're Looking For:

• Previous experience as a Server or Wait Staff is highly preferred, showcasing your ability to excel in this role.
• Comfortable and efficient working in a busy, high-volume restaurant setting, especially during peak hours.
• A friendly, outgoing personality coupled with a strong dedication to delivering outstanding customer service.
• Demonstrates a high level of personal tidiness, self-discipline, and professionalism.
• Possesses a keen eye for detail and a genuine passion for ensuring product quality and presentation.
• A proactive willingness to learn, adapt, and grow within our supportive team environment.

Compensation & Schedule:

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Candidates must be willing and available to work weekends and holidays as needed to support our vibrant business.
