Key Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement:

Proactively approach and engage customers at Home Depot, raising awareness about our innovative home water treatment solutions.
Articulate the compelling benefits of in-home water tests and educate customers on the critical importance of water quality for their health and home.

Lead Generation:

Skillfully identify and qualify potential customers who are eager to enhance their home's water quality.
Employ persuasive and professional communication techniques to encourage customers to schedule their free, no-obligation in-home water tests.

Appointment Setting:

Efficiently schedule in-home water test appointments, accommodating customer availability.
Accurately record and manage customer information to ensure a seamless and productive handover to our dedicated sales team.

Product Knowledge & Advocacy:

Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our cutting-edge water treatment solutions to expertly address customer inquiries.
Continuously update your understanding of water quality standards and advanced treatment methodologies.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time positions available

Hourly Pay Range: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Work Location & Relocation:

• Toms River, NJ 08755: Relocation to the Toms River area is required prior to commencing employment.

Work Environment: In-person, primarily at Home Depot locations.
