The Role
This pivotal hybrid leadership role is designed for an accomplished sales professional who not only excels in direct selling but is also deeply passionate about mentoring high-performing teams, architecting scalable sales systems, and cultivating a results-driven team culture.
Collaborating directly with our CEO, support teams, and in-house marketing function, you will strategically manage your own key book of business while simultaneously playing a critical role in shaping our overarching sales processes, fostering accountability across the team, and ensuring our entire sales engine operates with optimal efficiency and strategic direction.
You Will:
- Strategically develop and expand key client relationships, with a strong emphasis on driving new business acquisition and nurturing high-value strategic accounts.
- Provide expert guidance and robust support to sales representatives through hands-on coaching, continuous process optimization, and strategic deal troubleshooting.
- Lead initiatives to enhance our quoting and follow-up systems, aiming for significant improvements in conversion rates and accelerated sales cycles.
- Drive comprehensive sales visibility within HubSpot, meticulously tracking performance metrics, ensuring data integrity, and implementing safeguards to prevent any opportunities from slipping through.
- Forge strong collaborative partnerships with the marketing team to align on impactful outbound messaging, strategic campaigns, and effective lead generation initiatives.
- Actively engage in closing high-stakes opportunities, particularly for larger accounts or complex deals already in motion.
- Proactively contribute innovative ideas and strategies for optimizing commission structures, implementing motivating incentives, and strategically scaling the sales team for future growth.
You Are:
- An accomplished closer with a proven track record of at least 4–6 years in B2B, service-based, or product-based sales, consistently exceeding targets.
- A natural and inspiring leader, whether through prior team leadership experience or demonstrated excellence as a top-performing sales representative ready for the next significant career step.
- Highly organized, energetic, and meticulously detail-oriented, with an unwavering commitment to precision.
- Technologically proficient, comfortably navigating and leveraging sales enablement tools such as HubSpot, Excel, and email sequencing platforms to maximize efficiency and impact.
- Eager to thrive in an in-person, collaborative team environment, actively contributing to building a meaningful and impactful sales organization.
- A resilient and adaptable team player, comfortable navigating a fast-paced, dynamic, and highly committed environment.
What We Offer:
- Competitive base salary of $65,000 – $70,000, commensurate with experience.
