The Role (impact you’ll have)
As our Office Assistant & Customer Experience Coordinator, you will be the welcoming first voice our customers hear and the essential hub that ensures our dispatch board, field Technicians, and projects operate seamlessly—with accuracy and timeliness, every time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Professionally answer inbound calls, demonstrating warmth, efficiency, and precision.
- Actively contribute to overall call center operations and customer service initiatives.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Performance Manager and Service Coordinator.
- Collaborate proactively with the team to ensure every customer interaction is smooth and exceptional.
- Maintain meticulous records, including managing permits, updating notes, organizing files, coordinating follow-ups, and handling all assigned administrative tasks.

Compensation & Work Schedule:
- Competitive hourly rate of $25/hr.
- Regular schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–2:30 PM (on-site).
- Occasional Saturday shifts (7:00 AM–1:00 PM) may be required during peak seasons.
