Summary of Role:
As a Part-Time Barista & Guest Concierge, you will be instrumental in delivering our signature coffee experience while seamlessly supporting the sophisticated ambiance of our Members House and The Parlour. While your primary focus will be on crafting exquisite coffee and tea beverages, this dynamic role offers abundant opportunities for interactive engagement with our esteemed guests and members across all facets of our unique establishment.
Key Responsibilities:
● Responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience, embodying our brand guidelines and service excellence principles.
● Prepare and serve a full range of coffee and tea beverages to the highest brand standards.
● Diligently operate and maintain all coffee and service equipment, ensuring peak performance and cleanliness.
● Accurately process cash and credit card transactions with integrity and adherence to established procedures.
Additional Contributions:
● Actively contribute to creating an outstanding Members House experience, anticipating needs and exceeding expectations.
● Support The Parlour operations, demonstrating an openness to learn about and appreciate the world of fine cigars (smoking is NOT required).

● While prior barista experience is NOT required, it is certainly recommended.
● Previous experience in retail, hospitality, and/or customer-facing roles is preferred.
● You possess a "young at heart" spirit coupled with an "old soul" mentality, bringing both enthusiasm and thoughtful maturity to your work.
